Refund and Return Policy

Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, undamaged, and remains in its original condition.

  • Non-returnable items: Live products, such as plants, seeds, bulbs, corms, and cuttings, cannot be returned.
  • Return shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Tracking: All returned items must be shipped with a tracking number.
  • Refund process: Refunds will be issued once the returned item has been received and inspected.
  • Non-refundable fees: Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled up to 24 hours before dispatch. For instance, an order scheduled for dispatch on Monday at 12:00 must be canceled by Sunday at 12:00.
  • Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be canceled or modified. In such cases, you can refuse the package upon delivery, and it will be returned to us.

Undeliverable Parcels

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
  • If a parcel cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, a refund will be issued, excluding shipping costs, once the package is returned to us by the carrier.

Unclaimed Parcels

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor delivery updates and collect the parcel promptly from pickup locations.
  • If a parcel is returned to us because it wasn’t collected, a refund will be issued, minus the shipping cost, once it has been returned.

Damaged Items

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at our Instagram or Tiktok with your order number and a clear photo or recording of the damaged item(s).
  • We address damaged item claims individually and will work to resolve the issue to your satisfaction.
