Shipping Policy
Order Processing
Orders are typically prepared and processed within 1 to 5 business days. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a notification with the shipping details.
Shipping Schedule
We dispatch orders every Monday and Tuesday unless otherwise specified. Plant orders are sent out on Mondays to minimize the risk of delays over the weekend. For short-distance deliveries within Germany, France, Netherlands, or Belgium, plant shipments may also be dispatched on Tuesdays.
Please note that holidays or extreme weather conditions may affect shipping schedules. In case of any delays, we will notify you promptly. To ensure the safety and freshness of live products like plants, seeds, bulbs, and cuttings, these are dispatched on Mondays only.
Postponed Deliveries
If you are unable to receive your order on the scheduled delivery date, you can request a hold. Simply add a note at checkout under the “Notes” field specifying the preferred week or date for delivery.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.
Delivery Methods
We partner with reliable couriers such as DPD, DHL, and UPS, depending on the destination. All orders are shipped with a tracking code.
For long-distance plant shipments, we recommend using DHL or UPS Express to ensure quicker delivery and minimize transit time. If you prefer to use DHL / UPS Express for your order, please reach out to us, to agree on the cost and carrier option. To finalize your order, will send you a separate link for this option after our deal.
International Shipping
We currently ship to the following regions:
EU Countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden.
Non-EU Countries: On request.
If your country is not listed above, feel free to reach out directly via email or social media. We are offering live plant shipments to non-EU countries, specifically for non-EU in Europe! There will be additional cost as an additional paid service to cover the phytosanitary certificate, packaging, and transport. If the value of your order is above €1000, there will be no additional cost.
Please let us know if you wish to use an Express shipment method. We will guide you through the ordering process separately.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking details. It may take up to 48 hours for tracking information to update. If your order hasn’t arrived within 7 days of receiving the shipping confirmation email, please reach out to us here with your order number, and we’ll assist you further.
Our Responsibilities
Ensuring that all plants are healthy, pest-free, and securely packaged to minimize transit stress or damage.
Processing and dispatching orders within the specified timeframe.
Providing tracking information and timely communication regarding any delays or unforeseen issues.
Offering assistance in resolving shipping issues such as lost or delayed packages within reasonable limits.
Replacing or refunding orders in cases of severe damage during transit (depending on availability, see Return and Refund Policy).
Adhering to EU standards for plant health and shipment compliance.
Partnering with reliable courier services to ensure prompt and safe deliveries.
Limitations of Our Responsibility
While we strive to provide the best service, we are not responsible for:
Transit Delays Beyond Our Control: Shipping delays caused by carriers, local holidays, extreme weather, or other unforeseen events.
Minor Damage During Transit: Cosmetic damage or stress to plants caused by handling or environmental changes.
Incorrect Buyer Information: Delivery errors resulting from incomplete or incorrect shipping addresses or contact details.
Unattended Deliveries: Loss, damage, or theft if the package is left unattended at the delivery address.
Loss Caused by the Carrier: Loss or damage to the shipment during transit that is the responsibility of the carrier.
Post-Delivery Plant Care: Responsibility for the health of the plant after delivery, including acclimatization to its new environment and ongoing maintenance.
Customer-Specific Local Regulations: Any restrictions or additional requirements that apply in the buyer’s country must be verified and adhered to by the customer.
