Anthurium BVIT Mint is a unique seed-grown Anthurium from our own Black Velvet Indo Type (BVIT) mother plant. This individual was selected from an x-selfing batch, where one seedling unexpectedly developed mint coloration, making it a special result of our mother plant’s genetics. Its light green mint foliage, bold contrasting veining, and distinctive leaf shape give this plant a character of its own.
For collectors of rare Anthurium hybrids and distinctive foliage, BVIT Mint offers an interesting addition to a dark-leaf Anthurium collection. Its combination of fresh mint-green coloration, prominent veins, and unique form makes it stand out from typical BVIT specimens. As a seed-grown plant, its appearance reflects the natural variation that can occur through self-pollination, making this individual a special find for Anthurium enthusiasts and collectors.
